Be Your Best Financial LLC takes your privacy very seriously. We will take great care to maintain confidentiality and the security of the personal information that you entrust to us. We maintain a secure office to ensure that your information is not placed at unreasonable risk.  We employ safeguards and authentication procedures in our computer environment.  Physical copies of your information will not be kept beyond the required limits of state and federal securities statutes.

There are several items of nonpublic information that will be requested from you. This will include information about your personal finances, your health to the extent that it is needed for the financial planning process, and transactions between you and third parties that are needed for financial planning analysis. We use this information to create an accurate financial plan, this helps to determine whether you are on track to meet your financial goals. These records will be kept while you are a client, and for a time thereafter that is required by federal and state securities laws.  After that time, information will be destroyed without notice to you.

We do not disclose information to any third parties.  

We do not sell your personal information to anyone, or provide your personal information to anyone for marketing purposes. 

Federal and state securities regulators may review our Company records and your personal records as permitted by law.
